1、We have a sound technical and after-sales service management system and complete after-sales service work procedures, and a special after-sales service department, which insists on the principle of customer first in the installation guidance and after-sales service of the products on site.
2、The purpose of our on-site technical service personnel is to ensure the safe and normal operation of the contracted equipment provided. During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, we are responsible for sending experienced technical service personnel to the site to guide and solve the problems arising from the installation and commissioning until the equipment is put into normal operation. We guarantee to send qualified on-site service personnel who can solve problems independently.
3、We will provide the on-site service schedule according to the table below, which will be confirmed by the demander. The on-site service schedule provided by us including the number of service man-days can meet the needs of the project. If the number of on-site service man-days cannot meet the needs of the project, the demander has the right to request us to increase the number of on-site service man-days at our expense.
4、 All costs of our service personnel are included in the total contract price, which includes, for example, wages and various subsidies for service personnel, transportation costs, communication costs, accommodation costs, medical costs, various insurance costs, etc.
5、Guarantee that the working hours of on-site service personnel are consistent with the site requirements to meet the requirements of on-site installation, commissioning and trial operation. We will not pay for overtime and holidays of the bidder's on-site service personnel.
6、Without the consent of the demand side, we will not replace the on-site service personnel at will. At the same time, we promptly replace our on-site service personnel who are considered unqualified by the demand side.
7. The number of service personnel days incurred in the following cases will not be counted as part of our total on-site service personnel days.
7.1 The number of on-site service personnel days that we cannot perform the duties of service personnel and do not have the qualification of service personnel conditions due to our reasons;
7.2 Additional on-site service personnel days for solving our own technical and equipment problems in the design, installation, commissioning and commissioning stages;
7.3 Additional on-site service personnel due to other reasons on our part.
8. Our on-site service personnel have the following qualifications.
8.1 Abide by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the host country, and abide by the rules and regulations of the site;
8.2 Have a strong sense of responsibility and enterprise, and be in place on time;
8.3 Understand the design of the contract equipment, be familiar with its structure, have on-site work experience of the same or similar units, and be able to properly conduct on-site instruction;
8.4 Physically fit and adapt to the conditions of on-site work;
9. Responsibilities of our on-site service personnel
9.1 The tasks of our field service personnel mainly include equipment delivery and unpacking inspection of goods, handling of equipment quality problems, guiding installation and commissioning, participating in commissioning and performance acceptance tests, and issuing commissioning reports;
9.2 Before installation and commissioning, our technical service personnel shall make technical delivery to the demander, explain and demonstrate the procedures and methods to be carried out. We shall provide a list of important procedures for the installation and commissioning supervision of the equipment supplied by us, and our technical personnel shall confirm and visa the construction situation, otherwise the demander cannot proceed to the next procedure. If any problem occurs due to the wrong instruction of our technical service personnel in the process confirmed and signed by us, we will be responsible for the whole process.
