Product features
·This valve has the same structural length as the flange butterfly valve, and is a new generation of flange butterfly valve.
·Adaptive function, that is, under the action of the medium, the valve core and the valve seat center are not concentric, which can automatically complete the centering and automatic reclosing seal.
·There is no friction when opening and closing. Based on the principle of eccentric rotation of the ball, the ball leaves the valve seat in a moment when opening, and coincides with the valve seat in a moment when closing, so there is no friction when opening and closing.
·Automatic closing wear: when the ball or valve seat is subject to equidistant ring expanding wear, it is also based on the principle of eccentric rotation of the ball. When the ball is closed, it moves to its coincidence position, and automatically adjusts its posture under the principle of entropy increase to become tighter and tighter.
·Long service life. Both the sealing surface of the valve core and the sealing surface of the valve seat are metal entities. Gas shielding or vacuum surfacing, hard alloy, superhard ceramic alloy and other material layers are used to adapt to various working conditions and obtain ultra-high service life.
